Chief of Moral Orientation in division 5 is urging people of Wau State to stop fearing soldiers because they do no harm to them.
Awan Deng Amoum assures everybody that the soldiers will no longer cause destructions to civilians.
He calls on the people to report to police any crime committed against them to bring the soldier to book.
Awan appeals to the people not to keep quite but to report any case happening within their communities.
Deng encourages displaced people to return to their homes to cultivate without any doubt and fear.
