A development organization known as Terre Des Hommes is repairing damaged roads in Yei town under its project Cash for work.
The Minister of Physical Infrastructure Jackson Abugo Gama says the repair of the roads will benefit the people of Yei River State, Radio Easter reports.
The initiative is to help the vulnerable communities in the town, the minister adds.
Abugo says the developmental organization will be supplementing what government has already started by also grading roads in residential areas.
The minister spoke to Radio Easter in an exclusive interview on Thursday in Yei.
