A priest of Sacred Heart of Jesus in the Catholic Diocese of Rumbek on Sunday said that conflicts within the borders do not involved government officials.
Fr. Joseph Chisomo compared the killing of innocent people than natural death especially in the borders and cattle raiding.
‘Stop blaming government officials for no reason and make peace among yourselves and in your clans’, he notes.
The priest appeals to the congregation to implement the revitalized peace agreement within their tribes, states and be united as one people of South Sudan.
Fr Chisomo encourages the youth to do something for the progress of the country and stop using hate speeches and exterminate negative emotions in hearts.
He urges every citizen of South Sudan to stop fighting and gossips among others and promote peace within the nation.
The catholic priest was preaching at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish in Tonj on the Ascension Sunday.
