Oxfam organization trains different staff from different institutions on Ebola Virus Disease to get ready for any signs and symptoms that may arise in the state.
Oxfam Public Health Promotion Officer, Angua Agnes says there is no outbreak of the disease in South Sudan, but it is just to prepare and let the participants know their roles in case it occurs.
Angua urges the community not to ignore any health personnel trying to make awareness.
She appeals to the people to stop consuming fruits eaten by bats and bush meat such as monkey, chimpanzee and gorilla.
Some of the participants appreciate the training and express their readiness to make awareness and changes in communities.
The training conducted at South Sudan Red Cross on Friday brought together different participants from government institutions, media houses and Church institutions.
