Project Coordinator for Community Empowerment for Progress Organization or CEPO says the government should account to its citizens what it does.

Stephen Rubo Musa raised concern over the delay of conference between the two states of Wau and Tonj to resolve the root courses of conflict that led to displacement of people from their homes.

He says there is still communication challenge with the communities of the two states.

Rubo mentions that CEPO was expecting the interstate conference to take place this month because CEPO and other peace actors were ready to fund the conference.

He adds that his organization is waiting for the two parties to avail themselves and fixed the time.

Rubo points out that the delay has a great effect on the two states.

The speaker made this remarks to VOH radio this afternoon in his office.
