Tonj State government postpones launch of agriculture season

The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry in Tonj on Monday announced postponement of the launch of agricultural season in the state because some tractors are not repaired ready to plough.
 
According to Don Bosco Radio, James Ayiek Buth says the launch will now take place on Wednesday.
 
The minister told public that six tractors are in position to do the work and three more are still under repairmen but soon the will arrive.
 
Ayiek appeals to the farmers keep on cultivating and not to lose hope about the rainfall.
 
The minister urges all South Sudanese to take agriculture as the tool to chase way hunger in the country.
