Gok State Legislative Assembly on Monday dismissed Baaipath Rielpuou Majuec representing Wat-Adol constituency.
According to Speaker Veronica Umjuma Dak, Baaipath Majuec was fired for not reporting to the parliament since Gok was created in 2015, Good News Radio reports.
His position will remain vacant until the people from his constituency propose another person to represent them in the assembly, she clarifies.
The dismissed MP is the brother to the commissioner of Wat-Adol County who was impeached with the minister of local government last month.
