Deputy Principal warns students against peer groups

Deputy Principal of Torit Health Science Institute is warning learners against joining peer groupings during holidays.
 
Speaking to journalists Isaac Nimeri advises students to refrain from criminal activities which affect learning.
 
Nimeri encourages learners to show good behavior and support their parents in domestic works.
 
“We praise and advise the students to protect themselves from bad activities. They should not indulge in issues which will block their lives. They should at least protect themselves and associate with people who can mentor and develop them in their carrier. This profession is not a profession that you play with this is a profession that needs well behaved person for the delivery of health service in our state”, Nimeri stressed.
 
Acting Chairperson of Board of Governance at Torit Health Science Institute Agafito Lolikai calls on parents to invest in the education of their children.
 
He asks parents to allow their young ones to join the Health Science Institutes for better health service delivery in the state and the country at large.
 
“My advice to all the parents or our citizens in Torit State, we ask them to support their children to come here to contribute at least. Give them necessary support to access  this institute and you will expect a good fruit at the end. It is actually an investment. Let us invest in the education of our children to become fruitful to us and they will also invest more”Lolikai appeals.
 
Mr Lolikai calls on school administrators to lobby for support from developmental partners for school sustainability.
 
He appreciates Norwegian Church Aid for providing medical equipment such as surgical equipment, beds, trolleys among others.
