‘To have peace in South Sudan we must end the burning fire’, say chiefs

Chiefs in Wau State on Monday morning appealed to South Sudanese to end the burning issues in order to have a peaceful country.
 
Chief Bedaradin Tong says ‘if we really need good things to happen in this country we must let the ongoing conflict have to stop’, Voice of Hope Radio reported.
 
He added that ‘people use to talk about peace everywhere but we are still suffering there is need of stability’.
 
Tong appreciated citizens of Wau town for the great effort they are making through praying to God for the sake of peace in South Sudan.
 
He on behalf of all chiefs in Wau advised people to work hard for peace in South Sudan.
 
The chief made the remarks on Monday when Norwegian Refugee Council was launching a project at youth centre in Wau.
