The conflict between farmers and cattle keepers in Kuarjena has taken different aspect, says CARDO executive director in Wau State on Monday during the launch of a project to promote peace and social cohesion among internal displaced persons.
 
Orasio Opio says the clashes need a high level engagement in order to bring the situation back to normal, Voice of Hope Radio reports.
 
The activist urges the governments of the two states to make sure that civilians are living in peace among themselves.
 
The director appeals to the government of the two states to control the ongoing rumours to avoid any further conflict.
 
Opio calls on all the warring parties to fully implement the revitalized peace agreement for the sake citizens in the country
