The Parish Priest of Our Lady Queen of Peace in Nzara of Tombura-Yambio Catholic Diocese on Sunday donated 42 bicycles to catechists working in the parish.
Fr Anthony Bangoye says friends from German provided the bicycles to the catechists.
He explains many catechists live far from the parish and cannot run their activities effectively due to lack of transport.
Christopher Mongo Kpio, head of catechists of Nzara appreciates the initiative and that they can now do their work ease.
Diocesan head catechist Richard Gbioundre Diaborongba, advises fellow preachers to take care of the bicycles given to them and be committed to their work.
