The business men on Friday in Malith market of Tonj State said prices of all commodities are in high rates.

Ruai Deng Ruai cautions that he never saw changes in the prices of goods like 50 kg of salt which was 400 SSP is now reached to 600 SSP.

The trader mentions that only few people lower their prices and sold them conditionally to consumers in a cheap price.

Deng discloses that what causes the high prices of the goods is due to insufficiency of imports which might need the government to turn up and cooperate with other factories.

Another trader Garang Wol Malueth asks the national government to work hard and ensure that insecurity is calm so that businessmen can be able to supply goods across the country.

He appeals to the entire public to refrain from the communal conflicts and focus on the development of the country.

The traders spoke on Friday during an exclusive interview with Don Bosco Radio in Tonj.
