The Director-General in the Ministry of Local Government is urging citizens to report to authorities illegally issues.
Radio Easter quoted Leon Lemeri saying the ministry sometimes receives complains of police releasing culprits without trial.
He encourages the citizens to be persistent and patient in following their cases.
Lemeri blames citizens of always being afraid of following their cases.
He urges the civilians to use other procedures and channels to follow their issues.
Lemeri spoke to Radio Easter in Yei on Tuesday.
