Citizens of Yei River State urge South Sudan leaders to lower themselves to the people just like Pope Francis did to them in Vatican.

Augustino Mawa Yepete describes the kneeling and kissing the feet of the leadership by Pope Francis as a miracle in the history, Radio Easter reports.

He wishes the leaders to implement the peace in a good faith and should open up the services to the people.

We want to see sounds of peace in the country not noises that create anxiety in the hearts of the citizens, Mawa stresses.

The public should focus on activities which fosters peace and ignore the recall of what had occurred in the past, he advises

Mawa spoke to Radio Easter on Saturday in Yei.
