Kupera is conducting a phase one peace and reconciliation meeting for leaders and people of the county in Yei town.
Commissioner Emmanuel Khamis explains that the conference is meant to bring together leaders including chiefs because they are the leaders who administer the areas.
The Commissioner urges the citizens of Kupera County to unite and reconcile in order to develop for the interest of the people.
Khamis promises to call the entire community of Kupera in Yei town to address them on the way forward.
