The minister of Gender Child and Social Welfare in Yei River State is appealing for equal participation of women at all levels.
Christine Annite Phillip says women need to be empowered political, economically socially and morally, Radio Easter reports.
The minister calls for more emphasis to promote girl education by establishing boarding schools in all thirteen counties of Yei to reduce early marriage and keep girls in schools.
She urges NGOs and religious leaders to introduce adult education or alterative learning for school dropout and those who did not get opportunity to learn.
