Misereor to improve development in Yambio

Members from Misereor Catholic Bishops Organization for Development Cooperation arrived in Yambio to evaluate how their partners in different dioceses are progressing and how to improve development activities.
 
Speaking to Anisa Radio at Yambio airstrip, on Wednesday, the desk officer for South Sudan from Germany said they are doing development all over the world to strengthen the self-initiative of the poor.
 
Uve Backmaya, Misereor officer in Nairobi, Kenya said they are working tirelessly to improve the projects Misereor has done in the past in Yambio.
 
Another member from Germany appeals to citizens in Yambio and South Sudan at large to have unity for the country to prosper
 
Misereor members are spending two days in Yambio to follow up projects intervention and progress that Misereor has done in the past years.
 
For the past 50 years Misereor has been committed to fight poverty in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
