According Voice of Hope Radio, Francis stresses that the national dialogue is one of the tools in which citizen’s voice and idea can be heard.
Aweil representative Upio Ajiing says the national dialogue’s resolution and the revitalized agreement need to be implemented.
Ajiing states that the armies need to be trained in order for them to become national army.
He mentions that there is need for a training center for the forces to train them before their distribution to various states.
The speakers made this remarks on Wednesday during the national dialogue at the ministry of education in Wau.
