The Executive Director of Responsible Governance Organization says boundaries and number of states should be expedited and finalized before the formation of the transitional government in May.
Anisa Radio quoted Rajab Mohandis says identifying the boundaries will help to define what the structure of the state will look like as they move to the transitional period.
He reveals that the cantonment process should also be done very fast because it will help by moving forces away from civilian areas and create conducive environment for the implementation of the agreement.
Mohandis says citizens have role to play as it is a collective responsibility to ensure that people engage the parties to implement the agreement as written.
He appeals to the parties to pursue peaceful means and avoid military confrontations so that South Sudanese may begin to see the fruit and build confidence in the peace agreement
