National MPs raise awareness on peace deal in Yambio

Members of the National Assembly arrived in Yambio, Gbudue State to raise citizens’ awareness on revitalized peace agreement.
 
Speaking during daily bread program on Anisa Radio MP Samson Ezekiel Ndukpo says they went to disseminate the peace agreement to the people so that they understand the context of the deal.
 
He mentions that the agreement signed was is for South Sudanese people to understand and participate in its implementation.
 
The MP said in the Agreement stimulates that there are the pre-interring period that begin from the date the agreement was signed that end within eight months.
 
Ezekiel explains that transitional government will be formed in May.
 
George Costa Faustino, one of the members, explains that President Salva Kiir Mayardit is expected to include all opposition groups to transitional government for peace to prevail in the South Sudan.
 
Gloria Philimona, another MP, urges South Sudanese to stop spreading wrong information about the revitalized peace.
 
She says South Sudanese people should unite to develop the country.
