About ten youths are expected to benefit from a scholarship from the Gbudue State forum.
The Gbudue state forum is a social media program that was created in 2016 with the aim of uniting the sons and daughters of Gbudue state.
It was also created to bring positive change in the society.
Justin Roto, one of the committee members said they came up with this initiative to unite the people of the State and help desperate youths who are not able to raise funds to further their studies.
The qualified students will join various universities in South Sudan.
Some of the students who spoke to Anisa Radio express happiness to be selected since they were unable to continue with their education.
They also called on their brothers and sisters to study hard in other to benefit from such opportunities.
Students during the selection phase expressed joy and called on their brothers and sisters to take up such opportunities and continue their studies.
