Journalists for Human Rights and National Media Authority on Wednesday concluded a three-day workshop for journalists and director-generals in Wau.
The training aims at bringing all journalists, government officers and press secretaries together in order to end confusion among them, says Laura Bain, team leader of Journalist for Human Rights in South Sudan on the final day, Voice of Hope Radio reports.
Laura points out that the training will let the journalists and press secretaries to create a better environment between them.
She tells them the training is the beginning of new step towards a better understanding among the journalists, press secretaries and government officers.
This training was conducted under the theme: Strengthening media in South Sudan towards professional vibrant and free media for all’.
The training which started on Monday ended on Wednesday and it brought together all journalists and press secretaries from greater Bahr el Ghazal region.
