World Food Program or WFP on Friday complained against money being collected from NGOs at the checkpoints.
Tonj South County Commissioner Severino Philip Bazia told Don Bosco Radio that WFP team complains that their trucks are always being charge to pay money.
Philip says Tonj state authorities only take money from business vehicles.
The Commissioner approves the report as illegal against the government authority.
