Health ministry launches Ebola vaccination for health workers in Yei

The national ministry of health, in collaboration with World Health Organization, WHO launches an Ebola vaccination campaign for health workers in Yei.
 
Speaking during the launch at Yei State Hospital, Dr Alejandro Costa from WHO, says the vaccine is still experimental and has been used in West Africa and now in the democratic republic of Congo.
 
Dr. Alejandro says the vaccination is optional.
 
Dr. Richard Laku from the national ministry of health says the aim of the vaccination is because the outbreak of the deadly virus is from the neighboring country.
 
Meanwhile Yei River State minister of health Kogo Manasseh Levi discloses that Yei state hospital has already put in place isolation centers for any suspected case.
 
The speakers made the remarks to Radio Easter on Monday during the ebola vaccination campaign.
