Tonj South County Commissioner accused cattle raiders of being the threat and torturing people along Tonj-Aguka Payam.
Don Bosco Radio quoted Severino Philip Bazia saying there are criminal young people in Dadar Boma, Guanduru, Nakui and other areas under Tonj State.
Philip mentions that three days ago from Tonj was caught, confronted and his property including money were looted.
The commissioner cautions that the looters have reached seven miles away from Tonj and their aim is always to loot properties in houses by force.
Philip tells the citizens of Tonj State that maintenance of security in the state must be a collective responsibility.
The leader made his remarks during an exclusive interview with Don Bosco Radio over the weekend in Tonj.
