The State Minister of General Education in Tonj State launched a general transfer of county directors and headmasters in various schools,.
According to Don Bosco Radio, Bol Agei Bol assures citizens of Tonj his readiness to ensure that education improves and progresses well in the state.
The minister stresses that the primary aim of transferring or interchanging directors is basically due failure in committing to one’s duties.
Agei also reveals that there are always changes as per the policy of Education Ministry and one should not stick to one position.
He discloses that their role as the State Ministry of Education is to strengthen education as the backbone of national development in the area.
Abraham Pajook Mariel, one of the Directors for Administration of Finance complains that the structuring system of staff was not official.
He claims that the structuring is a political interest.
