798 women in Lafon and Lopit West Counties have received mama kits a donation of the UNICEF to support lactating and pregnant mothers.
The distribution last Saturday was conducted by an implementing partner known as the Humanitarian Aid for Change and Transformation or HACT in Pacidi Opwo in Lafon and Longiro areas of Lopit West County.

Ugwak Simon says the mama kit contains bathing soaps, detergents, and some women needs.
Ugwak says the donation will help pregnant and lactating mothers cope with women reproductive health related issues.
Humanitarian Aid for Change and Transformation or HACT is a new community based organization supporting water and sanitation hygiene in Lafon and Lopit West Counties.
