The listeners of Don Bosco Radio on Thursday said usage of phones in the community encourages people to lie to each other in the country.

They say phones are very important when use properly because they are the fastest means of passing information, Don Bosco Radio reports.

Daniel Mading Deng one of the callers says the young generation do not know how important a phone is that is why they use for lying instead of right messages and other key information.

He points out that poor management of communication among the public results into negative points of spreading baseless information.

Mading advises the public to understand the instructions of the phone before using it.

Santo Majok Majok, another caller says phone is good since it connects people with families and friends within the country and those in far regions.

He appeals to the public to tell the truth when communicating with others.

The listener made the remarks to Don Bosco Radio on Thursday during morning tea talk show in Tonj.
