The Minster of Gender and Social Welfare in Yei River urges citizens of in the country to create conducive environment for persons with disabilities.
In a statement to Radio Easter Christine Anita Philip says offices should have steps to allow persons with disabilities for easy movement.
She encourages officials to accept their views of interest in the communities.
Anita urges people not to abuse disable person because it is not by their choice.
