The Catholic Bishop of Tombura-Yambio in his Advent message calls on South Sudanese to have hope during the coming of Jesus Christ.
Bishop Eduardo Hiiboro Kussala says Advent channels Christians to the virtual of hope and it is the time for South Sudanese to have hope, Anisa Radio reports.
He says where there is hope, there is light and hope changes life and nothing is impossible.
Bishop Hiiboro urges South Sudanese to be awake during this Advent time.
The Catholic prelate says the signing of the revitalized peace agreement is the most historical event in South Sudan.
He says as the Catholic Diocese of Tombura-Yambio is in its first Diocesan Synod, it is working to build good relationship with communities, families and the entire society.
The Bishop’s message was delivered on Sunday at St Mary Parish in Yambio.
