The UN is handing over this afternoon the ballot papers for the vote on self determination to the referendum authorities.
The papers were printed in England.This afternoon, UNIRED, the UN department for referenda and elections, will deliver the referendum ballot papers to the South Sudan Referendum Bureau, as part of the UN support to the Southern Sudan Referendum Commission.
The event takes place at the UNIRED Warehouse in Juba International airport.
The handover ceremony takes place in Juba and in Khartoum.
