UNMISS reviews farmers-cattle keepers Marial Baai Agreement in Tonj

UN Mission in South Sudan or UNIMISS team from Kwajok on Wednesday evaluated the Marial Baai agreement cattle keepers and the farmers signed in 2016.
 
Local authorities and youth leaders from cattle camp of Malual Muok Payam attended the evaluation, Don Bosco Radio reports.
 
UNMISS Chief of Civil Affairs Joseph Riwo Ngole tells the communities that Marial Baai deal is the resolution to misunderstands between the two groups.
 
He says the purpose is to remind the two parties about the resolution mandate.
 
Riwo explains that the two communities are ready to work for peace despite the challenge they may face.
 
Tonj County Commissioner, Severino Philip Bazia, says the implementation of Marial Baai agreement is a collective work.
 
The officials made the remarks on Wednesday in Malual Muok Payam during the review of Marial Baai agreement.
