African Union Representative calls on the warring parties in South Sudan to lay down arms and implement the peace accord.
 
Ambassador Jerome Biswaro stresses that swift implantation of the agreement will be of great importance to the citizen of the country
 
He mentions that the country is too rich to remain in a begging spring adding that with proper management of its resources it will soon be a donor country. 
 
The Ambassador states that the citizens deserves to live in a sustainable peace and developed country
 
The African Union representative appeals to South Sudanese leaders not to frustrate the hope of the citizens.
 
The official was addressing thousands of crowd at Dr. John Garang Mausoleum during the peace day celebration in Juba.
