Tombura-Yambio choir representatives conclude pilgrimage to Uganda

Choir members from the Deaneries of Tombura-Yambio Catholic Diocese on Tuesday returned home after their pilgrimage to Uganda.
 
Speaking to Anisa Radio at Yambio air strip Sister Irene Avako, Diocesan Youth Coordinator, says the visit was to make pilgrimage with the choir members.
 
She reveals that journey comprised with four youth from Maridi, Tombura and Nzara Parishes to get experiences and see how choir members carry their activities in other places.
 
Sr Avako expects the youth who traveled to implement what they acquired so that their colleagues can also benefit from them.
 
William Tambua, youth representative for Central Denary, who was among the young people selected, promised to implement what he acquired in Uganda.
 
He reveals that cultural diversity is very important because in all programs youth in Uganda were able to express their cultures for identification.
 
The youth representative is urging young people in South Sudan to embrace their cultural diversity.
 
Natalia Dominic, a female representative, appreciates Gbudue State Governor and the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Tambura–Yambio who facilitated their trip to go and learn more skills in different fields.
 
The speakers were talking on Tuesday at Yambio air strip after seven-day pastoral visit to Uganda.
