South Sudan on Wednesday evening is bidding a farewell to the outgoing Apostolic Nuncio to South Sudan and Kenya, Archbishop Charles Daniel Balvo.
Secretary-General of Archdiocese of Juba Fr Samuel Abe says Bishops and Christians will have a farewell party at St Joseph’s Parish in Juba.
The occasion is organized by Archbishop Paolino Lukudu and the clergy of South Sudan, he adds.
The Apostolic Nuncio is expected to meet government officials to give his last message of Vatican.
Archbishop Balvo was appointed Nuncio to Kenya and South Sudan in 2013 and is now assigned to Czech Republic.
