The United Nation Mission in South Sudan or UNMISS is conducting two days peace consultation meeting with communities of Rup, Pakam and Kuei to end the hostilities among themselves.
Speaking during the opening remarks on the first day of the ongoing peace dialogue, UNMISS field office Coordinator Kwame Dwamena urges communities to iron out issues that do not bring them together with each other.
Kwame says the meeting is meant to build trust between three conflicting clans urging the communities to forgive one another and work for peaceful coexistence.
The two days peace workshop brought together over fifty chiefs and intellectuals from three different communities in Rumbek.
