The Catholic Bishops Conference of Sudan and South Sudan are visiting South Sudanese refugees in their settlements in Uganda to pray with them.

The bishops went to Imvepi and Bidi Bidi refugees’ camps where they administered several sacraments and gave pastoral help to them.

President of the Conference Bishop Eduardo Hiiboro Kussala says their second visit was to comfort the refugees and encourage them to stand strong in their hardships.

He says they met Catholic Bishop of Arua Sabino Odoki and appreciated him for supporting South Sudanese during the crisis.

Bishop Hiiboro led the delegation of Assistant of Secretary-General of the Conference Fr Santo Gaba and Fr Hume George and donors.
