Members of Civil Society Organization Network in Lakes region are calling on governments to reconsider using inter-states conference to address security related issues in the area.
The Network condemns the recent killing of two intellectuals, health worker and a student who was on his way to school.
The officials call on authorities of Western and Eastern States to revise their operations and take immediate step to resolve conflict issues effecting innocent people.
They appeal to entire people of the two states to accept peace because very important persons lost their lives.
South Sudan Vice President Wani Igga was invited to the conference supported by peace partners scheduled for September.
