Vicar General urges leaders to stop adjourning peace process

Vicar General of the Catholic Diocese of Torit calls on leaders to stop suspending peace process, but consider the hard situation of the people in the country.
 
Fr Arkangelo Lokoro Joseph says the money used for adjournments would have helped the suffering population in terms of medicine, food and other basic needs.
 
According to Radio Emmanuel, the Vicar urges the top authorities to speed up the implementation process.
 
Fr Lokoro calls on South Sudanese to forgive and love their enemies from their hearts.
 
He emphasizes on the need to share among one another to build strong coexistence.
 
The Vicar General spoke during the International Peace Day celebration under the theme: ‘Peace begins with me in Torit’.
