The Clerk of Yei Town Council is calling on traders to report and review their agreements and contracts.
Alfateh Morghan says any agreement or contract held with the former municipality has to be reviewed in less than ten days, Radio Easter reports.
Alfat says every year there is a financial budget and there is no agreement that takes more than three years.
He attributes the change to currency rates change and the needs of the council to implement services to the civilians depending on the local collections.
The Clerk spoke to Radio Easter at Yei Town Council headquarters.
