The Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Yei discusses issues of insecurity in a meeting with State Governor on Wednesday.
Erkolano Lodu Tombe says the meeting was fruitful since the governor was able to explain to him how he plans to manage cases of threat in the area.
He says the government in control of uncertainty in the area.
Lodu appreciates commitments shown by religious leaders to work with the government to ensure that people do not stay in fears.
Bishop of Episcopal Church of Sudan Hillary Luate Adeba says religious leaders practically saw during the signing of the agreement that it is time for peace not war.
He urges leaders to instruct individuals and armed forces to stop the war and come home to start rebuilding.
The religious officials spoke to Radio Easter at Yei State secretariat.
