The commissioner of Morobo County says the county has not experienced any issues for the last two months and security situation of the area is calm.
Isaac Nelson reveals that increasing number of citizens are returning to the area and some organizations have responded on the ground to help.
The commissioner reveals that two organizations are delivering basic health services in Morobo County
He says these services were not in existence in the area during the several moments of crisis and citizens had difficulties accessing them.
