Transitional National Legislative Assembly  adjourns its third reading of the procurement bill for the second time within a period of a week due to quorum.

Acting Speaker of the Parliament, Timothy Tot Chol, called off the sitting due to number of members unavailable to make the quorum.

He says several members did not turn up because they have gone to mourn with the families of the decease involved in plane crash in Yirol over the weekend.

Chairperson of the Parliamentary Committee on Communication and Information, Paul Yoane Bonju, notes that the sitting was suspended last week because some members requested for additional time to go over the bill.

He says the members felt the documents contained in the bill were many.

Both spoke at the National Parliament in Juba on Monday.
