The youth of former Rumbek Centre and East Counties on Wednesday handed over 30 bed-sheets and 10,000 South Sudanese Pounds to Rumbek State Hospital.
The initiative aims at supporting the Hospital with bed sheets and some cash to help their communities.
The delegation team leader Pele Laat told hospital administration that the support is coming out from intellectual youth contribution during legends charity game.
The money given to the hospital will help them to clean the hospital compound for patients to have a healthy environment, he explains.
Laat stresses that ‘this is time we youth support our people by sharing the little with have’.
Director-General of the Hospital Hakim Makuer Gol, appreciates youth who have denied their beloved families and put their hands in the charity work.
‘Rumbek State Hospital will always remember your great support to the people of greater Lakes States’ he adds.
Dr Makuer encourages young people of South Sudan to be exemplary by supporting vulnerable people at their capacity.
The donation came as result of football charity game organized by legends of former Rumbek East and legends of former Rumbek Centre on July 9, 2018.
