Plan International has shown its readiness to support school children in Yei River State with food and scholastic materials.
Wani Jackson says they will continue to support returnees’ children and residents in Yei with food, Radio Easter reports.
He discloses that they are currently supporting 27 schools.
Jackson reveals that more than fourteen thousand children are benefitting from the food Plan International is giving through World Food Program.
He predicts that the number will double with the coming of returnees to the state.
‘We shall equally be able to support these children with stationeries’, he adds.
UNICEF and other partners in collaboration with the state education ministry support the Education Cluster in Yei River.
