Bishop of the Episcopal Church in the Diocese of Yei calls on citizens to do mass awareness on Ebola eradication.

Bishop Hillary Luate Adeba says the message he heard over the media about Ebola virus disease is very frightening, Radio Easter reports.

He appeals for awareness on Ebola especially during many gatherings.

The Bishop says the epidemic occurred previously in West African countries like Liberia where massive deaths were recorded.

He says in spite of their better health facilities and trained medical personnel, many lives were lost.

Bishop Luate made the appeal while addressing the congregation at Emmanuel Cathedral in Yei.
