There is no services delivery to the people of Kupera in the absence of their commissioner, says on Security Affairs Advisor of the Governor of Yei River State.
David John Kumuri says citizens in Kupera are in dire need of their commissioner on the ground to ensure service delivery in the county, Radio Easter reports.
Kumuri says installing the commissioner will ensure services delivery to the people as stipulated in the policies of the SPLM ‘to take towns to the people”.
Kupera County is one of the thirteen counties created newly, when South Sudan was split into 32 states.
