The Commissioner of Wanalel appeals to communities in his county to maintain peace and unity with the neighbouring counties.
Simon Adolmuot Kon says during his visit to the county headquarters, he found that all intellectuals and village chiefs are in peace and harmony, Don Bosco Radio reports.
He adds that the government of South Sudan is currently in Khartoum working hard to restore peace in the country.
Commissioner Adolmuot encourages youth and chiefs to minimize cattle raiding and put much effort on cultivation to get more food in the county.
He reveals that he and his bordering fellow commissioners are working hard to maintain peace in the region.
The commissioner was speaking to Don Bosco Radio on Wednesday at Tonj State headquarters.
