Yei Parliament Speaker reveals that the second reading of the state budget is scheduled to take place next Monday.
Radio Easter quoted Naphtali Hassan Gale inviting all ministers, advisors and directors among other officials to attend the presentation on the budget bill.
The speaker admits that the report delayed due to absence of other attachments that are required by law.
He says it is difficult to mobilize money in the absence of the tax schedules because they help inform the parliament of what the money is mobilized for.
