Health official orders vegetable sellers to go for medical checkup

Rumbek Municipality Public Health official advises vegetable and fruits sellers to go for medical checkup before selling farm produce in the market.
 
Speaking to Good News Radio Maker Aru Mabeny recommends that all vegetable and fruits ‘sellers get medical authorization letter from health authorities in order to sell in the Market.
 
He accuses vegetable sellers of carrying vegetables in dirty sacks.
 
Mabeny encourages the sellers to use clean containers to carry vegetables to avoid contamination.
 
He adds that his office will supervise traders and report issues punish violators.
 
The officials made the remarks at the town council in Rumbek, Western Lakes State.
